i just had an idea for letting the people in the astrodome have some tech to communicate with their family and others.
give everyone of them a gameboy DS that has microphone, and VOIP software, and even web browser software for webmail. put up a bunch of routers around the sides. instant communications.
likely not gona happen, but i think it’d be pretty cheap.
