I installed ejabberd the other day. After a couple days of playing with it, and searching around in google about how to configure my server I came across a few things, and came up with some ideas, and I decided to share them, so I wrote a quick HowTo on Gentoo-wiki.com. It covers what changes need to be made to portage configuration files, along with configuration help using XML and shell scripts.
