OK, here is an interesting one. I know I definitely need to have more of it, but I’ve never been told by a Doctor to have fun at least once a day. Kinda hard to do, considering getting out == pain, and that kind of pain != fun.
Also she’d like me to be able to walk for 20 minutes, 3 times a day. That’s something to build up to. Last bit of cardiovascular I did regularly was recumbent bike for 15 minutes, when I had Aqua Therapy, ~9 months ago. Walking gives me way for pain than sitting, at least for 20 minutes.
Well anyways, time to force myself to goto the beach. I don’t think it’s that much fun alone, but it’s outside, and I’ll bring Negative.
