Ms Allread, Ms. Allread’s Clients, or Other Acquaintances, and OC Register Editors,

I do not know what you impression of the Workers Compensation System is. Or Laurie Allread is, but thanks to her I now am forced to Handle my Workers Compensation Case myself, or risk ruining it futher by finding another lawyer who will without a doubt screw up my case like she did.

Do any of you have problems in your dealings with the Workers Compensation System? Do you feel that she is not helping to make matters any better?

All I have gotten from her is an unfriendly unhelpful attitude. I even called her on her attitude problem, and she up and decides to drop my case, without any real valid reason. Her reason you ask? “I cannot seem to make you happy.” The solution to this, Communication. Its quite simple. As a person who provides a service to those who desperately need _your_ help, you need to be asking “How you can I make you happy.”

I mean because isn’t it your _JOB_ to _help_ me with what I need in regards to forwarding information, and the handling of my case?

The more I think of it, I’m glad you decided to drop my case, all you have done till now is waste my time, mis-handle my case, send me to another Shady Doctor who tells the me the patient something he’s been requesting for well over 6months, then sends him off to be tortured again by Pain Management doctors. Something that has already happened once in my case. But you wouldn’t know that, you haven’t read anything about my case prior to my only visit with you. You have managed to make my situation go from bad, to worse these past 3 months, and have possibly affected the future outcome of my case.

You apparently havent listened to or heard a single word I have said since we first met. You’ve had some kind of problem with me since you became my lawyer that first day we met. You even gave me a hard time, because I was not the one who found you. My father, found you, highly recomended through his College friends. (Obviously none of them were previous clients.) Now this would have led me to believe you were a good lawyer, but instead you’ve shown me otherwise, through your lack of respect for me.

Ms Allread you are in fact withholding information from me.

My Dad spoke with the adjuster, who said that Psych has been authorized for me for quite some time, that you had already known of this. All that was needed was for me to see a Psych, whom I repeatedly ask you for a referral to. The problem, you didn’t do anything, if you would have taken time listen to me, or to properly review my case, you would have seem that I’ve been seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist, since the beginning of my case.

Also I had requested that Medical Report from Dr Previtte, be copied and mailed to me, long before you offered to fax it over to my Father. Long before I had even had the idea to have him help me more with my case by dealing with you.

It is _your_ fault for not complying to my simple requests. How hard is it to photocopy something and slap 2 stamps on it? You seem to think that everyone in the world has a fax machine, and you cannot remember that I do not have one.
