		<description>I hope that if they split 714, they will let Area A keep 714 (both options for Area A include my home in Fullerton).  I moved to San Diego in 1974 and eventually moved to Fullerton and have lived in 714 the entire time.  I think an overlay would be the fairest solution of all.  Snce most dialing is speed dialing anyhow, the fact that overlay dialing is 11 digit dialing instead of 7 is of little significance.  Besides, area codes are so small now, that most dialing is out of local area code anyhow.
