it’s official.
my whole trip here was worthless outside of the possibility of being able to visit a couple friends.
So here is a quick recap of this morning.
9am woke up. I should have received a wake up call this morning at 7am, but did not. I only had ~10 minutes to get ready, and get to my appointment. I complained to the front desk about the lack of a wake up call. I called Dr Ted R. Greenzang’s office to let them know I would be a few minutes late, due to the lack of a wake up call. I show up at the appointment a few minutes late. I am asked to fill out some forms, and bubble in the front page of a test. I asked the receptionist, about getting my complete reports from the evaluation this morning. She stated I would have to ask the Doctor. A few minutes later Dr Ted R. Greenzang came to the waiting area, and took me into his office and proceeded to ask me questions about my cases. A few minutes later, I realized I did not ask him about releasing the reports to me. I politely asked him to hold on a minute, and asked him. Over the next 15 minutes he continually agitated me, with his questions about my wishes to have the report released to me, going around and around in circles, attempting to trip me up. He continued to ask me if I would like to complete the examination to which I replied, that I refuse to be evaluated unless my requests are fulfilled.
Mind you that Doctors put a disclaimer on their reports, that is about a page long, or adds a page to their reports, that states the patient is not allowed to see the report about them, for reasons of misinterpretation. The reason for adding this extra page you ask? Well Doctors are paid by the page for their reports.
Dr Ted R. Greenzang, M.D. is just another Doctor who is manipulating and unresponsive to the extremely important requests of patients he evaluates. His refusal to put anything in writing outside of “10/19/05 Rob Friedman began and did not complete a psychiatric evaluation in my office of the above date.” is a testament to this. Doctors are clearly abusive with the powers that are given to them, again furthering my distrust of them.
The reasons I refused to complete the examination is he refused to furnish me my report that he is doing on me, and his incessant cross examination of me made me feel quite uncomfortable.
He refused to provide me with anything in writing stating that he would in fact go over his report with me verbatim.
He refused to provide me with anything in writing stating my reasons for not completing the examination.
He refused to destroy all documents that I filled out and or signed related to the appointment today.
He violated my rights as an injured worker with Pro Per status, who requires all reports, and documents related to my cases.
It’s been about an hour since I left the appointment, and I am still quite agitated over the experience if you cannot tell. More on things later once I am calmed down.
