Why the hell is it so hard for me to keep a regular sleep pattern?
It feels like by Sunday of every week, if I do not reset the clock, or unable to, the rest of the week is fucked up.
Yesterday I got to sleep around 10am, woke up around 4pm.
Today, 8am, and awake around 2pm.
Not that bad for what it could be I suppose, but it really blows when I sleep right through my 11am massage appt, if only I could have stayed up longer.
