Recumbent Bike

Since I started the activity blog, I’ve been thinking about ways to be more active and has less pain than walking. So of course getting a Stationary Recumbent Bike came to mind. I used to use one when I was in aqua therapy, 3 times a week. It was good, it helped get my stamina up, and break a good sweat with minimal back pain. Just searching on froogle and found a couple nice ones, some inexpensive, most expensive. Sure is a lot of different brands, with all kinds of features. I just want one that tracks distance, heart rate, calorie burn. Time to save $$$.
