Well I just got back from my appointment with Dr Pierce. And things did not go as smoothly. First off, I got there right on time. They did not have any of my previous medical records. Then I had to endure sitting around in their waiting room, about an hour and some change. After that waiting game, my vitals were taken, and then I sat in the examination room for about another 30min, waiting for the Doctor. We spoke for about another hour and a half. I waited for them to draw some blood, got really light headed, and then was told to go back to the waiting room. Sat around for another few minutues, and asked why I needed to be waiting, I hadn’t eaten all day, so food was on my mind.

So to make a long story short, here I am, writing about my day.

I just got back from my appointment with Dr Pierce. When I arrived there, they asked me if I had any of my previous records with me, the reasons I was asked this is because, they did _not_ have any of my previous medical records, which you were supposed to have sent to her office. They still saw me none the less, and yet when I called them last week to get a sooner appointment, they stated that they would need my records to see me, and properly evaluate me.

I am again very dissatisfied with the apparent level of service my case is receiving. As you previously have stated, my status is not critical, and so I do not receive as prompt attention. But I do expect that if I go to an appointment, that they have all the records necessary to understand my condition, my history, and properly evaluate me.

I have a follow up appointment with Dr Pierce next week, 7/6/04 @ 11am, I expect her office to have my records before then, so that she has time to read, and understand my very long history.

I also have not yet received the previous medical reports, you stated I would receive in a few days. That was 5 days ago.
