Well it’s always a fun day to update software, to find more and new interesting things to do with it. Today I updated my Firefox to .9 and my Thunderbird to .7. With these updates a new cool function is the support for automated updates of extensions. Neato, no more having to do lots of manual labor. ;p
I’ve also found a Firefox extension called Deepest Sender, it’s a LiveJournal client, that I think is really slick! Also an extension that intergrates Winamp controls into the status bar. Another thing of neatness!
It supports posting of HTML, and all around looks great. Easy to setup. Works fast!
Get Firefox
Get Deepest Sender
Get FoxAmp
Unfortunately updating my Thunderbird to the latest, disabled most of the extensions I had, but it shouldn’t be too long before there are updates for them to make them work nicely again. I really like that they put all the Extensions in one easy to navigate place.
And just because I haven’t said it lately…
