Well, it’s been a few days since vacuuming, and it seems that my neck and left shoulder are only getting more painful, tight, sore, burning, and spasmed. I’m beginning to think I could have done without the cleaning. I couldn’t get to sleep till 5am last nite. As the night wore on from 9pm, I took a soma and a vicodin, then as midnight rolled around, still super pain, and other crap. I ended up taking another 2 vicodin and 1 soma. Did this help? Well this time it actualy dulled some of the pain, not by much. I ended up falling asleep from shear exhaustion. Waking up with this huge knot in my neck/shoulder, and pain like OUCH! Any which way I move it really sucks, I can barely move my neck, and you can just about forget moving my left arm. Trying to shower today was kinda tricky, I the left side of my body is definitely cleaner than my right.

What really pisses me off, is I couldn’t tell you how many times “Home Help” has been put into my reports, as something I need. There is no way around it, every time I clean, I’m more messed up for a week or two. I guess that just needs to be chalked up to, they don’t give a damn how I feel.

Today I’m going in to the dentist, to have them take an impression for my permanent crown. I need to see if he can shave off more of the back to the temp crown I have, because trying to eat certain foods is quite hard, without being able to rip it properly.

After the dentist, I need to make an attempt at going to the bank, and possibly the supermarket, but that will most likely be pushed to tomorrow if I am well enough. I think I’m pretty much gona be crawling to the dentist as it stands now. I at the very least need to hit up the bank.
