Welcome to another useless Friday. Nothing important has changed or advanced since my last post. The Workers Compensation System is still slow as a worm going uphill, and dealing with my adjuster is like eating nails. Why is it so hard for people to give straight answers the first time, as to what needs to be said, or written in order to get things accomplished faster, instead of having to go back and forth for a 2 weeks.

Yesterday, I did get a temporary crown for my tooth, so now I don’t feel nearly as bad when I smile.

Today I managed to get around to the dog shit duty, always a fun experience. I bought some gloves yesterday, seeing as the dogs were nice enough to shit on the pooper scooper, due to the bad placement of the people who are supposed to be working on the backyard. Oh well, nothing latex, and Lysol couldn’t fix. Seeing as how I used up the majority of my energy, the rest of my day today is going to be spent not thinking about pain, getting the mail, and catching up on my tv habits.

Well this weekend, should be interesting. Tomorrow, reluctantly I am going to try speed dating. Seeing as how I haven’t been on a date in well at least a year or more, it’s time to give it a try. I’m pretty nervous, hopefully I won’t act dumb, or start over thinking the situations, and just be able to relax and have a nice time out. Sunday of course will be spent recuperating from Saturday’s excursion into the unknown.
