Well I’m pissed off, for Laurie’s wasting of my time. I tired of losing time, and energy, over this lost cause. Maria, called from her office just now, to inform me that I did not fill out the form properly. They waste my time by sending me attachments via Email I cannot open, and send me the hard copy form, which no explanation of how to fill it out. I signed my name next to where my name was typed. There WAS NO SPOT ON THIS FORM MARKED FOR SIGNATURE OR ENOUGH ROOM FOR A SIGNATURE NEXT TO MY TYPED OUT NAME. The line below my name was for address and phone number. And of course in one of the Emails from Laurie about the form, said It only required my signature. Done deal right? Nope.

Please sign and return to me my fax or mail. I will send your file out certified mail to your address once I received the signed copy.

I will also put a hard copy of the substitution of attorney in the mail to day in the event that you cannot open the form.

I don’t have the energy for this, or the strength to drive to Postal Annex and waste another $1.90. I had a hard enough time getting the damn mail a little while ago. I haven’t had enough sleep to operate a vehicle safely.

Maria tells me that she cannot, send the form the the court. That’s a lie, she CAN in fact fax the form, but she is unwilling to. She says that Laurie is technicaly my lawyer still, until she recieves the Sub of Attorney with my signature. OK I did that. That explains why I didn’t get any phone calls, or information from her office, about my Psychiatrist appointment next week till yesterday in the mail from Dr Mendelsons Office. Lawyers don’t really have jobs, or provide a useful service, they have secretaries, who do their dirty work, and further waste my time, by telling me they cannot do something that they can infact do. If the court won’t accept it, then they can just call and tell me themselves.

At the very least, I think I am better at directing this RAGE I have to my blogging.

And I thought the SEVERE PAIN IN MY NECK today was just from lack of sleep.
