Sub of Attorney is faxed, now the waiting game begins for my records. T-5days. Not regular days, business days, so next week, I’ll finaly get to look at the Dr Previtte report, and make my comments.

Hopefully I’ll be around to sign for the certified mail, considering I have 2 Dr Appt’s in the middle of next week.

When I called to make my appointment to see Dr Mycka, I was reminded of a very stupid thing that our Governor Arnold, did when he decided to change the Workers Compensation Laws. I need to get some kind of referral, from an actual Medical Doctor, in order for me to see a Chiropractor. How lame is that, considering that I used to have a chiropractor as my Primary Treating Doctor (PTP). I am hoping that because of the previous recommendations, from Medical Doctors, that I be treated for Fibromyalgia it will be OK. Time to put my battle gear on.

I should start thinking about submitting my millage too, its been forever, since I submitted it last, it should be over $1k.
